    I swear I am not the source of such a heinous picture. It is appalling that Mr. Ebel continues to assail the good Mr. Chapman’s reputation with these childish, amateurish ploys to further some kind of nefarious plot of his own making.

    Also, this is fantastic Photoshop work. Whoever the true source is, they do some great stuff. They should get a raise. They are long overdue for one. Damn bureaucrats…
